Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be  passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to engage with  customers effectively. This role requires someone who is not only experienced but also photogenic and  capable of making a positive impression. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Greeting Customers: Warmly welcome customers as they walk through the door, ensuring a  positive first impression. 

• Building Rapport: Engage in conversation with customers to understand their needs and provide  honest recommendations. 

• Processing Transactions: Efficiently ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the  customer’s order if needed. 

• Informing Customers: Clearly communicate any extra charges that may apply to their purchase.

• Loyalty Programs: Invite customers to join our loyalty program to enhance their shopping  experience. 

• Stock Management: Assist in maintaining the back stock room and ensure merchandise displays  are set up correctly on the sales floor. 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times. 

Required Qualifications 

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

• References: Must provide 2 good employer references. 

• Appearance: Must be photogenic to represent our brand effectively. 

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older. 

Desired Skills 

• Customer Service: Exceptional ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle  inquiries professionally. 

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers  and team members.

• Retail Sales: Proven track record in retail sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
