Weeziez is looking for Sales Promoters! These individuals must be able to demonstrate qualities such as a
positive attitude, enthusiasm for the Weeziez brand, knowledge of the company and its services and an extroverted personality. They must possess exceptional interpersonal capabilities and know how to drive a conversaon to engage consumers. Someone who is naturally inquisitive, persuasive and an active listener is best-suited to this role.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Represent the company in-store and at industry events
Actively engage with consumers
Answer questions to generate interest in products
Setting up and cleaning up counters at the beginning and end of the workday Attend and participate in staff meetings and company events
Work evening and weekends
What does a Weeziez Sales Promoter do?
As a Weeziez Sales Promoter, you will assist with product advertising and increasing brand awareness. You will work directly with consumers to share knowledge of the brand’s products and generate interest in the company’s services. You will interact with the public demonstrating products, set up tables and booths, and properly display products that you will be showcasing that day. Your job entails approaching potential buyers and describing the product’s unique qualities. Your success as a Weeziez Sales Promoter will depend on your ability to quickly establish rapport and create brand awareness. You will be required to be very familiar with the products being promoted and be able to explain and answer a wide variety of questions.
Weeziez Sales Promoter skills and qualifications
1+ years of Sales Promoting experience
Outgoing personality, conversationalist, strong public skills, exceptional communication skills Self-motivated and takes a proactive approach, Talent for promoting everything from keychains to space travel Memorization to share product knowledge and details, Organizational skills, neat appearance and high energy ,Valid driver’s license or another reliable mode of transportation, Candidates must have exceptional customer service abilities to engage with consumers, both in-store and online, and strong knowledge and enthusiasm for the Weeziez brand. Weeziez Sales Promoters will work in multiple retail store locations and at company events, trade shows and festivals where they have a chance to attract new consumers by sharing their product knowledge. They will also be required to work online to engage with consumers on multiple social media profiles.
